Speaking to a person is a joke.

Experian is not a real company with people it is only a digital Robot company and not even a good one where a robot can talk intelligently to a person. They should hire some teenagers to help with programming.

Horrendous service. There is no opportunity to talk to a person. Their machine glitches and repeats the prompts multiple times. The options are limited to two. If you have questions that are outside of two limited categories, then too bad. If you try to select one of the options, the machine offers to send you some vague info via mail or email.

This is NOT the 21st century service. It feels more like a scam than a customer-oriented service.

Experian’s National Consumer Assistance Center should be renamed the National Consumer Resistance Center. A dreadful experience!

I am trying to place a temporary release on the freeze on my account. I get directed to a form that requires my name, current address, SSN, etc. I complete all required blanks including my PIN. When I submit the form it is rejected due to lack of prior address as well as a couple other items that are not on the form. In other words, it is requiring information that there is not option to enter. I have tried calling the only listed telephone number and run through a circular telephone tree.

Site does not accept my user name or password. I have tried entering my SSN and birthday which is rejected as unacknowledged.

The only option offered is to mail information. This will undoubtedly take at least two weeks with mail delays.

Please advise. This is extremely frustrating.

I keep going around in circles but cannot obtain access to a human to discuss a dispute in my report from Equifax and Experian but not from Transunion. In your letter of disclosure to an outside company, "Prime Lending" you claim a derogatory public record or collection filed. As a result your score for both Experian and Equifax are reported as 710 – whereas Transunion is 783! It is terribly important that I speak directly with an individual to explain this matter.
